AWinx by AIONS is designed to respect user privacy. The OS does not collect personally identifiable information by default. Some services may collect limited system data (hardware info, crash reports) to improve stability. Third-party applications operate under their own privacy policies. Users remain responsible for their data.

Local data, including files, installed applications, and settings, are stored on the user's device. Network connections are only used for updates and repository access.
